I made a purchase on 3/29 for 5 items back when Covid had just started to fully hit. My father is very high risk and recently recovered from cancer. Our nearest loft was an hour away and we were not making any unnecessary outings for his health safety during this pandemic. We finally felt comfortable to go to the store and return 2 of the 5 items and they wouldn’t give us our full credit back. Even though there was a pandemic and my father was high risk. I called customer service and she said there is nothing she can do. I requested to speak to her manager as I could not believe with a pandemic they would have such a terrible policy that doesn’t consider the safety of their costumers.
