I bundled together a 65 inch TV, 2 end tables and a coffee table for a reasonable price 2 years ago (just recently paid it off) the first tike they delivered it to my house I actually had to come downstairs and help the mover carry it up (very unprofessional) that tv stopped working not long after I had it and they determined that it was because of damage it took while being moved, they replaced that tv with another one and a few months later that tv had to be replaced aswell because all of the pixels would shake whenever a certain color of red went across the screen, they must have replaced my tv 3x then I got a tv that seemed to work great I've had it for a while now and it started just deciding not to work when it felt like it, it came time to pay off the tv and I told them I was nervous about paying it off because this tv might need to be swapped out aswell, the person on the phone assured me that if i decide I need to change it out within the next month or 2 they would understand due to past circumstances and swap it out 1 last time, so I paid it off, 3 weeks later I call them and tell them that the tv is aggravating me with it only wanting to play my apps like YouTube tv or Hulu when it wants to and I just want to swap it out and they tell me that I have already paid for it and there is nothing they can do (but not before telling me that I could always just buy a whole new 1). Absolutely a satisfied customer! I was a little unsatisfied with my first couch due to the cushions & island being loose & not attached. No need to fuss about something like this, so I went back to baber's weeks later and was able to get an exchange that fit my criteria! Payments are reasonable, terms & conditions are clear(if you actually read them, I do with all companies) and easy to work with. By far the MOST fair place you can go to if you need furniture and can't afford to buy everything all at once. I've been with them as a first-time customer for over 4 months now and I couldn't be more satisfied with another furniture store....

I had some problems with my refrigerator covered under extended warranty, so I called these super nice people to rent one since parts had to be ordered. Angelina and Jessica went the extra mile to get me hooked up. I didn’t even have to come in to the store. Was all done by phone and email.
