The Waveland store is awesome! The products are great and the store is clean, neat, and well stocked. The staff at the Waveland store (Zack and Bam) always greet me with a smile and are always eager to help. They are knowledgeable about the products and answer all my questions. They are kind, courteous, and professional. I go there often to purchase vitamins, supplements, honey, herbal teas, and all natural facial products. I have been to the Gulfport store on several occasions and did not have the same experience. That store is always very cluttered with boxes, and other things that are stacked everywhere. Each time I've been there, it was Alex who was working. He was not at all helpful. He did not even acknowledge that I even walked through the door. He had a scowl on his face and even acted bothered to ring up my purchase. The one time I asked him a question he replied with a snarky answer all the while never looking at me or taking his eyes off his computer screen. And to top it off, he overcharged me for what I purchased. I completely understand that everyone has a bad day occasionally. But, this was his demeanor every time I have gone there. I wouldn't advise going to the Gulfport location. I know I will never return there. I will drive the extra distance to the Waveland store...always. The old manager Josh was always friendly and helpful but whoever this somewhat new guy is has a serious chip on his shoulder and instantly snapped the second there was a credit card issue. I was a little confused and taken back by how/why he jumped down my throat when the situation could have been easily solved by the old manager "Josh" who just so happened to call the very second this happened but the guy said "I don't care about Josh" and cleared the sale. Given I said maybe 5 words during this incident, it was clear that he shouldn't be dealing with the public with that kind of smug attitude. "Im sorry I interrupted your personal phone call with a question but seriously... if you don't like your job that much please find another profession". Preferably one that doesn't involve any sort of customer service. As much as it pains me to give this shop a bad review, how this guy handled the situation is enough for me to do so. I don't know where to begin on how much we love this store. They have great products and very reasonable prices. The variety of products are awesome and you can get all your herbs and herbal needs, bath bombs, wide variety of incense, immune booster and the list goes on and on. It's the best herbal store on the coast....HANDS DOWN!!! That's right, I said it and no one will or can prove otherwise. Even the store owner Bam is outstanding. Great family dude and businessman! He's well knowledgeable on all the store products and always willing to go the extra mile to explain stuff to you. He's a great listener, he doesn't try to just get sells and he won't back it or tell you about any product/s if he doesn't believe in them. Bam's daughter is also awesome and she's just like her father. We can't say enough about them and they're always down to talk, laugh and have a good time with you upon entering the store. I highly recommend this store to my family, friends, tourist and surrounding communities.
