Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Waveland

Placed my order at 5:15 pm and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Also ordered an order of cheese bread when I arrived. Kept standing there waiting. The guy on the cutting table had no sense of urgency. He cut my pizzas and put in the hot box after I told him my name. Still waiting on my cheese bread which he had sat off to the side. It was 5:51 when I walked out. Also,they were messing other orders also while people were waiting. Will probably not be back and will inform others of my experience.31 minutes not acceptable when you are quoted 15 minutes and you are not...

If I could leave zero stars I would. We have been going to this location for years. Never had any problems until recently. I've called multiple times in the last week to order and they never answer the phone this is with me calling 3 or 4 times within a hour. I specialty order that's why I call ahead of time. The last time they didn't answer my husband went in there and started talking to someone he knew and the lady behind the counter start yelling at him and being extremely rude. I tried to call again a few minutes ago and of course no answer. I've been so patient...

I called and placed my order and was told 7 min .I get there and it ended up taking 28 min because I didn't want old wings that had been sitting there. I wanted fresh wings with my fresh pizza .the wait wasn't the issue when I asked to have parmesan cheese sprinkled on my pizza the manager said to charge me 1.82 more .they didn't even offer to do it for the wait. Worse experience and will have my order cooked fresh from now on. All it would have took was to offer the chesse for the wait but she was mad cuz I wouldn't take the old wings .very poor...
