7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Waveland

I visited this location for the first time on July 29, 2025 after a long day of work where I stopped to get an iced coffee for the long drive home and ended up meeting the sweetest crew ever. For the record, I am a Starbucks girlie, so I had no clue what to order. However, Kirsten, Jordyn, Sarah, & Alyssa were the sweetest and so accommodating. They kindly remade my drink THREE times and not once got an attitude or rude with me. They were so willing to help me figure it out until I got something I liked. They were all so polite, well mannered, patient, and understanding. Kirsten, Jordyn, Sarah, & Alyssa all worked together tirelessly to meet my needs by helping me to order a coffee that I liked. They come to your car to take your order, without a menu and it’s a very rushed vibe to get your order in. The cashier practically stuck her head in my truck. Then the screen asks for a tip with a person standing directly in front of you. Then you gotta just sit in line and wait for 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Would’ve never tipped had I thought I’d be here in line 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. The people are super nice but this ain’t it. I must’ve answered 20 questions the cashier asked me while waiting for my coffee. Like am I getting pulled over by a cop or getting a beverage? Not to be rude but what concern is it to you where I’m going, what I’m doing, where I’m from, how I heard about your business, just give me the coffee and let me get the...

This location has enough workers to effectively process their customers, which is a plus. However, the workers are often so young and inexperienced that they get my drink wrong eight times out of 10 which makes me not want to come here. Employees need to be more proficient with the menu and understand how to put in an order when it doesn't jive with the premade options on their menu. I usually order seven shots of espresso Frozen with dark chocolate and salted caramel. Sometimes I get it and it's perfect but most times I get it and it's way way way too sweet.
