If I could give less than 1 star, I most definitely would based simply off customer service. I’m still a fairly “newish” Hancock County resident. Other than the Waveland Crawfish Cookoff, the only crawfish I’ve eaten over here are Claiborne Hill. So, today I decided to try something different, since I’m treating me and my son and go to this place. I walk in, smile, and casually greet the lady and ask if they have any boiled crawfish. She points to the other end. I smile and walk over and say “I’d like some boiled shrimp as well if y'all have them.” She says “Only crawfish “. That’s okay, I’m really craving crawfish anyway. How spicy are they? May I try one?” “No.” I’m smiling because I thought she was joking and laugh it off and say “Really? Can I please try one to make sure they aren’t gonna be too hot for my baby before I buy too many?” “No. You pay.” “So, you want me to buy 10-15 pounds of crawfish and not even know how they are?” She shakes her head yes. “Well I guess I’ll buy like what, a 1/4 to sample?” “No! I sell one pound or more.” “You know, you are just down right rude for no reason. A little customer service and hospitality goes a long way. No wonder it’s empty in here and out front. You won’t be getting my business or anyone that I deal with. I’m going to make sure I leave a review and report you to the BBB and whoever else.” At this point she all of a sudden “No, no. I have been doing business with them since they have been selling out of the van. Way before they opened the store. Ly Lee is a very sweet person. I really like doing business with her. Her husband, on the other hand, is very dishonest. Rude will hang up in your face if you catch his mistake. I asked about the crabs. I understood they charged 2 different prices. One price for small and 21 for large. Ly Lee was in the back cooking. I had to deal with the husband alone. I never thought he would be dishonest. I ordered the large live crabs. Only to get home. I had 3 large males and the rest of them small females. I had no intentions of going back to the store. I called instead. The husband kept hanging up on me. He refused to let me speak with...

Good service and prices here. Nice seafood selection for a small place. You may also want to stop at "King Donuts" right next door but go in the morning because they sell out quickly and you will need the rest of the day to work that off.
