Can't say I'm very trusting of Verizon employees. For some reason I have been lied to anywhere from me asking what my total bill is for the month and pay for the little amount then find out I actually owed more on top of don't pay off your device yet wait till the last day in three years while only owing 37.00. then checked my bill balance and yep they didn't tell me I owed 100 dollars more. And then my bill kept rising for who knows why cause they refuse to tell me instead they say they didn't know. They talked me into a Hotspot device and said that I get unlimited hotspot and it doesn't run out ever just to find out that I'm paying extra for the 130 I already pay for. I returned the box the next day and I told them why and they said oh yeah we know it really is a waste of money. And I had to pay back return and also now for almost two weeks I literally have to keep restarting my tablet just to hopefully get connection. Customer service can't help either. This is a scam if anything. I now am thinking about a different company. And it's useless to watch any of the bundles I ordered because hotspot runs out and also slows down my connection because hotspot runs out after three movies....

The person working there, Gabriel, told her she did not have the pin number so she could not access the account. They called me. I get on the phone with Gabriel, and she asked me is my mother authorized. I asked, "authorized for what?" She repeated in a condescending tone, "is she authorized?" I responded, "authorized - -for - - what?" She repeated, "authorized on the account," in an even more condescending tone. I asked for a manager because she clearly had no customer service skills and was now speaking to me disrespectfully. She said there is no manager. I asked for a different sales person and was told she was the only one.

Went in on Thursday, was not greeted (like it matters anymore) and told the man working what I needed. He asked me for my phone number and pin for my account. I provided the info and he told me it was wrong. I told him to try another pin and that one did not work either. He then decided to tell me I only had one more try before he wouldn’t be able to help me. Long story short he couldn’t. He then told me I had to go to either slidell or gulfport. When I went to the store in gulfport and walked in, I was unmediated greeted, asked how I was doing and how they could help me. Turns out the first PIN number I gave the man at this store was my correct pin. He told me I had to go 35 minutes out of my way and couldn’t help me when he could have.
