Unfortunately I had to change my 5 star rating and if I could I would give NO stars...I had been a loyal customer of O'Reilly's for at least 15 years. I would pass up other automotive stores just to go to an O'Reilly's, but that is now a thing of the past. A friend of mine who was just as loyal as I was bought a radiator from Waveland, Ms O'Reilly's only to find out it wasn't the radiator that he needed. When he went to return the radiator he was told by Richie (the Manager) that they would not take the radiator back. When asked why Richie then tells my friend that the radiator he was bring back was NOT a radiator from O'Reilly's and that it looked like the original radiator that came in the car. 🤔 Brand new radiator vs radiator out of a 2000 just by looks it was obviously a brand new radiator. But even after constant proof that the radiator was in fact just purchased from that SAME O'Reilly's only a few days prior Richie said he would NOT take the radiator back and neither would any other O'Reilly's. My friend left not only upset but very confused. He went right over to the Long Beach O'Reilly's and with absolutely NO issue whatsoever got a complete refund. I normally do not base my opinion or decision off of a single incident but this time I believe it's justified. After telling a few people what happened I've learned that Richie has actually refused to honor O'reilly's policies numerous times. Hopefully O'Reilly's corporate office takes notice soon and handles the issue because they have already lost some loyal customers and if this keeps happening there will be very little busy at the...

O’Reilly’s customer for years, however I don’t appreciate the lack of communication from the employees. No one including the cashier ever said a word to me, not even a thank you. The young man was almost oblivious to my being there. I can spend my money very easily elsewhere. If you don’t appreciate your customers you’re successful in spite of yourself....
