REVISION* WOW - I Will only shop at atwoods because of the kindness I was just shown from corporate and others. They went above and beyond to make things right and turned an issue that kept me up lastnight into a major blessing I wont soon forget. Customer service did what was right and I could not be happier. I wont forget this and will tell everyone, including businesses, to shop at Atwoods and I look forward to do the same.

I purchased a $7,500 Greenworks zero-turn lawn mower from Atwoods in Waxahachie, Texas, with an expected delivery of two 16 Ah batteries and four 4 Ah batteries, as indicated on my receipt, the product manual, and the company's website. Upon returning home, I discovered that three of the batteries were missing from my order (Big deal considering they are 250 a piece). I promptly contacted the store manager, Patrick, to report the discrepancy. They emailed corporate and got this resolved for me barely into the next day. Corporate also informed me that they are putting me into a promotion now that they have on the mower as well. Thank you thank...

Atwood's is like my second home and almost everyone recognizes me and greets me with a smile every time I'm in there!

I can spend hours perusing the isles for hidden treasures you would never find at "ChinaMart" (aka... Walmart). The staff is very courteous and always welcoming. The guys in the Gun & Ammo department are beyond helpful and professional. They are a wealth of knowledge when it comes the guns they sell; and they will take care of you like your family!

Best of all, they offer 10% off all items in the store that are not on sale. That alone covers the state tax of 8.25% and puts some change back in my pocket. My motto is "Atwood's 4 Life". You have to go check it out for yourself and I'm confident, when you do, you'll be a customer 4 life. If there was a six star rating, Atwood's would definitely get it!

We've been shopping here for several months now and could not be happier with our experiences so far. We got registered for the military discount which I believe is 10% off every purchase and once you're registered all you have to do is give them your phone number. So no more fishing out your ID. The staff we've had interactions with are all very courteous and professional and seem to genuinely enjoy being there and helping people. I have also bought from the gun counter. It did seem silly having a manager carry my "firearm" out to my vehicle for me. I understand it's probably some corporate policy but it was kind of overkill in my opinion. Otherwise, the transaction and paperwork went very early and the prices are pretty good as far as industry standards go. They also offer layaway on firearms as well. We will be customers here for...
