My boyfriend and I was hoping to have a great first time here. I was advised they were short staffed and I understood to wait, they seemed hardworking! :) I didn’t mind! But when it was my turn to order, this lady for no reason literally gave me this dry and poor service. I love to treat people respect but geez, I questioned of what was good to order for an iced drink and she basically Spoke and looked so bothered. When I noticed I continue to order with a good attitude yet she failed to listen and remained with a bad attitude… She basically only took my order and ended it without even asking if that was all that I was ordering (my boyfriend wanted to try something too). I could Fr feel her negative hating energy like damn… I was so nice that I even tipped. :/ I wish I didn’t. Everyone else had a good attitude though! I am just very angry with this employee. Visited twice before writing a review just to be certain it wasn’t a one-time fluke. Ordered a Kodiak my first visit one week ago and came with no cinnamon. Just milk and coffee :/. Today I ordered another Kodiak from another barista; despite asking for extra cinnamon, still no cinnamon. If the shop is out of a product, please notify the customer beforehand and don’t let them find out on their own :( Atmosphere was quirky, no sense of direction or definitive style.. some good artwork was tucked away in one of the back corners and was very bold, yet easy on the eyes. When my order was called out I was rushed a hot cup into my hands with no words from the barista. After saying “Thank you”, I was given a cold shoulder :/… Also looks like too many people crammed in one shift. Four? Five..? There was nobody else inside other than a mother and daughter and no drive...

I’ve been here many times and always loved it! I used to go every day when I lived down the road, but now I live in Irving and still make it out when I can. I love the coffee, the atmosphere, and the employees! They are SO kind and helpful!

I used to always get a blended mocha or a sugar free polar bear, and then a frozen hot chocolate for my little sister! Sometimes they would give me a little cup of whip for my pups too. This past time, I got the Alaskan with peach and blue raspberry, iced tea with strawberry hibiscus and a splash of oat milk (recommended by one of the cute employees with pink hair, so sorry I didn’t remember your name, but was AMAZING), and another iced tea with the mixed fruit flavor and honey to sweeten!
