Find another Chicken Express!! Do not come to this one!!!! Trust me!!

First let me clarify something. The young men and women who are working at this location are super great and very polite and professional. I have nothing bad to say about any of them.

The issue, in my opinion, is the leadership. Whether it be management or maybe if this location is owned privately. And recently I also was told that this location has a very big turnover in employees. Which really supports my opinion, it's leadership. Poor leadership ruins just about everything.

But as of yesterday, the 4th of July, I will not ever return to this location. And I plan to utilize social media to deter others from spending their money at this location.

So what's the issue? Three wrong orders. One of which was an online order. How do you screw up an online order? I can understand the whole drive thru speaker and mic issue at times but an online order?? But for the past few months each of my orders, each over $75 each visit (that's a lot of chicken and sides), have been completely wrong. From missing tenders to incorrect sides. But each time I thought, I'll give them one more try. And each time I've been disappointed. And this latest one, well I'm done.

So if you use this location just be aware. And apparently it's not just my experience. There are several bad reviews about this location. So like I said,...

We ordered (2) #1s. A #1 should have 5 tenders, 2 sides, and a roll/biscuit. You can get 2 sides and skip the drink or 1 drink and 1 side. We always opt for the 2 sides as we drink water instead.

Orders missing items completely. The first order had 3 tenders so it was missing a tender. BOTH orders completely missing the rolls/biscuit.

The tenders were really fresh. They were so fresh, we couldn't eat them for like 10 mins. However, we did ask for fresh so they did serve us hot tenders. But the double order of fries was cold and were hard so felt and tasted like they had been setting out for a hot min. The gravy was good and seemed fresh. That's being said, the edible parts for my order, a #1, was 3 tenders and gravy seeing I couldn't even eat my roll/biscuit and the fries were inedible. The only thing positive I have to say was the tenders were hot.

The environment didn't feel very welcoming. Maybe just my opinion or vibe. We've ate at this location and the one closer to Target. This one is a newer building but the service seemed much worse. I would recommend the other location which isn't all that far...

Waited for at least 30 minutes after our order was placed. The long line of cars behind us all got their orders and left. Once we got our order we pulled into a parking spot to eat. My husband ate his fries first and didn't notice that one thigh(for which we had to wait extra long for) was missing. Once he noticed we pulled back up to the drive thru window. Who I assume is the manager had run out to her car and so we talked with the girl who eventually came to the window and explained our order was missing a piece. The manager finally heads in and comes to the window and asked us what was wrong. I explained to her again what was wrong to which she rudely stated that she watched them pack the order and it was not wrong. I told my husband forget it because I wasn't about to argue with this rude manager who basically accused us of lying. Really over a piece of chicken?
