Mochinut — Restaurant in Waxahachie

It was our first time going, the staff was definitely off putting. No smile, greetings, thanks, nothing. When I asked one question about a drink the girl was kinda rude had no information and acted as if we are an inconvenience to her, she had RBF going on. Couch and seats had stains and food stuck to them, kinda nasty. Took ours to go. We purchase 3 drinks and 2 Korean corn dogs. The corndogs were under cooked and had a bad texture (wet bread), we ended up throwing them away after a few bites. The drinks taste watered down, bolba was not soft like it should be. We went at lunch time, wasn't busy, maybe there is a better day and time to go? Don't think we will be back though. We did not try the donuts or ice cream, they may be good. Great experience, great atmosphere 10/10

My first ever time showing up to this place and all I can say is that it was AMAZING!!!! The food, the customer service, EVERYTHING is found at this humble, enjoyingable little establishment. Walking into Mochinut expecting a mediocre experience with mediocre food, not only was I blown away with the AMAZINGGGGG tasting kdogs and chicken nuggets, I also found the customer service to be TOP TIER. First impressions, the server, George, was really pretty. The second he spoke he lightened my day up. Not only this but his attention to detail, speed, and overall customer service was the arguably the best in Ellis County. I’m not one to write reviews at all, I had 3 delicious donuts so nothing wrong there but I usually try to avoid the dogs due to past experience with undercooked kdogs. I decided to try again today and all was well until I saw a hair. At first I thought it was mine so obviously I pulled on it but it was deep fried into the mozzarella dog. Also I realized hair wasn’t mine because I have super curly hair with red tints. I’m not saying that this doesn’t happen because it does.
