disappointed with the customer service. I was promised help from the owner's husband with loading our purchase. This promise was not fulfilled, after driving 2 1/2 hours to transport the furniture. The owner has made no effort to reach out or resolve, also the owner has had my contact information, and could have attempted at least a conversation.

As to your response below. I Requested Help From YOU on the phone! You have forgotten your Own words, Dear. You Promised to ask someone Extra to come in on that day to HELP ME, an employee as I recall. I was never notified of any change to these plans. I let you know when we were on the way, apparently you don't remember your commitment, dear. My Husband, also had to remove all of the display from the furniture, he said you offered no help...

I had a very disappointing experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted or acknowledged. We were just looked at and ignored. The service felt dismissive, and it left me questioning whether the lack of courtesy was intentional.

Good customer service starts with a simple greeting and treating every customer with respect. Unfortunately, that did not happen in my case. The behavior I experienced felt unwelcoming, and I can’t help but wonder if race played a role in how I was treated. My husband even said hello to the women at the counter but was not acknowledged at all.

Regardless of the reason, no customer should be ignored. I hope the owner and staff reflect on how they treat all customers and make changes to provide equal, respectful service...

Paula and Amy are the best and their shop is a delight. I recently discovered Farmhouse due to them becoming Annie Sloan stockists.

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. When I drop in with a question on painting technique, they are perfectly willing to share their expertise, give suggestions and show me "the ropes" even if I'm not making a purchase that day.

To top it off, they're fun too!

They are offering Chalk Paint classes on acheivng Annie Sloan's style. They have the full line of Ms Sloan's colors any many of her supplies, as well.

I'm so glad I found Farmhouse and I can't wait for my first class!
