I have never had such an amazing customer service! I had ordered a jacket online and it was too big, I went to my nearest express store trying to exchange it but they didn’t have the size I was looking for. The girl at the store told me they had my size at Willowbrook mall, she Told me she was calling the store to put a hold on it for me. I went the next day to get my jacket, but I was surprised when I asked they told me that no one had called and they didn’t have the jacket. I was so disappointed about driving 40 minutes to pick up a jacket that wasn’t there and no once had called to hold it for me. I was so furtuante to had encounter Ivette, she was super helpful and very sweet dispice of how busy she was. She went out of her way to help me get this jacket. She called the store in Rockaway, NJ to place a hold on the jacket, it was the only store that was carrying my size. Just the problem was the store was very far from my home. I told Ivette it was ok I would just keep the one I have because I really don’t have time to go all the way out there to get the jacket, I’m a busy mom of two boys. She came up with a solution of going herself and getting the jacket and mailing it out to me!! She could of just said I’m sorry we can’t help, but no she Made the most amazing experience of customer service any customer should experience. Truly amazing to have such a great heart to help. Read moreGreat store, always clean and the staff is always working to keep it that way. Marino helped me during check out, he left the security tags on the 2 garments however, he was so patient and helpful. I signed up for an account and with the mask and window I couldn't hear him well so it took longer than an average check out, which I really appreciated. The supervisor (or manager) however was not professional, when my bag went off at the door, he said "this is the 7th time" I understand if cashiers are leaving tags on things, they have a massive line to deal with and have to take additional time for credit cards, accounts, discounts, etc. The manager should have not said that comment infront of customers. As we were leaving I told him it was not a problem at all, regardless of his frustrations. He than said "if this happens one more time he's getting fired", joking or not, he felt his frustration and it made me feel bad and a bit uncomfortable. its hard to get people to work right now,, so please appreciate what you have.. Marino did a great job and I appreciated his time to help me with the multiple tasks...
Read moreI went into the store earlier today, at around 11:15. The young man who helped me find two exchange items, was wonderful. However, the young lady at the register was a nightmare. She seemed to be exasperated by my presence and/or my transaction, and answered with very curt one word responses. Not sure who the manager is at the store, but training on customer service should become a priority, so that instances like this one do not happen anymore. I consider myself to be polite when dealing with anyone in stores, because I too have worked in retail, but this young lady needs a reminder of how to treat people with respect, or should maybe go into a job where she does not need to interact with anyone. I truly hope she does not encounter the wrong person...
