   Read moreI never experienced such bad customer service in all of my life. I purchased a pair of MK boots for Christmas which I got for my girl. We returned them days after Christmas because they did not fit her. We had a new pair shipped to her house. She tried them on and still did not like the fit. Took them back to the store on 2/20/2021 and experienced the most horrific customer service. Male employee claiming to be the assistant manager did not take the boots back then told us to contact customer service. I asked for his name and did not want to provide it. Asked the female employee for the managers name and she did not want to provide it as there was not in store manager available. I asked for the managers hours so I could go back into the store and then was told they won’t give it to me. The female was then going to give me the business card of the manager and the male employee said no because that is for the managers personal clients. I then asked him for his name again and told him how bad of an experience this was and he laughed in my face. Racial discrimination at its finest. Yes I’m a black man and felt discriminated against. If I wasn’t so calm I probably would have knocked his teeth down his throat. This store is poor with the way they treat customers and I will be returning to speak with the store manager...

These dynamic associates possess great skill sets in servicing clients, professionalism and represent the brand of the company well. I was treated with respect, courtesy, and they earned my business. Finding the right gift sometimes can be challenging! Even thought I was browsing around, they assisted me in getting the right gift for the right person(s). To finalize they made my shopping experience pleasant, without sales pressure, and earned my business. Definitely will visit the store in the future.
