If I could rate zero stars, I would. Self check out is not self check out. Incorrect transaction made by the worker at the "self check out" line. He gets very close to me and proceeds to move items in my order on his own. I tell him he makes me uncomfortable and that I am fully capable of completing my transaction on my own. He stated, " I have to assist." Apparently, there is no choice? He continues scanning items. I tell him, "And what exactly do you think you are helping me with?". He remains quiet. Me being very uncomfortable and annoyed by the whole process, I quickly rush to pay. I had left the store only to check and find an extra item on my receipt, which was never scanned. Went back to correct the issue and have my money returned. However, the only thing that can be done is have someone check security cameras to see what happened. Please get rid of self check out machines and open up more registers with properly trained staff, or please remove the awkwardness at self check out. Thank you...

The cashier to the right of the self service checkout with glasses and a side bang- who was lucky enough that I did not take a photo of or ask for his name, decided to come over and tell us that the tote bags cost extra aside of the 10 cent bag. I told him I bought it but he decided to proceed to still disregard what I told him. Of the embarrassment he put us through I STILL HAD TO GO OUT OF MY WAY TO SHOW HIM THE RECEIPT FOR PROOF OF PURCHASE, he finally backed off. The sales associate/manager asked for the card to return the item. I said I donât have it as it was purchased by my wife. They said they couldnât return it and only provide me store credit. Your policy DOES NOT state you have âphysically bring the original form of paymentâ it only states it will be âreturned to the original form of paymentâ. Those two are not one in the same.
