I don’t normally write reviews, but my recent experience at this jewelry store was so appalling, I felt compelled to warn others. What was supposed to be a pleasant shopping experience turned into a deeply frustrating and disappointing encounter—primarily due to the behavior of the person who claimed to be the owner.
we planned to walk in and purchase Rolex and shop their collection, we arrived closer to closing and we were not treated as valued customers, but as nuisances. The so-called owner was not only unprofessional but shockingly immature. Instead of engaging respectfully, he became defensive and then outright aggressive—raising his voice, acting irrationally, and speaking to us in a tone that was both condescending and disrespectful.
His emotional outburst was completely out of line for someone in a customer-facing business. It felt like dealing with someone who had no grasp on basic decency, let alone how to run a professional establishment. I’ve never witnessed someone in a position of leadership handle themselves so poorly. If this person truly is the owner, it says a lot about the values and integrity of this business.
Jewelry is often bought to mark life’s most meaningful moments. But instead of feeling celebrated, we left the store feeling insulted, dismissed, and infuriated. No one deserves to be treated this way—especially not in a place that markets itself as a provider of luxury and class.
There are countless other jewelers out there who not only offer beautiful products but also treat their customers with respect and courtesy. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This store has lost ours forever.
Edit: the owner is the guy I spoke to in their reply he said it was their security, it’s not the owners a loser he can’t even admit to his own actions what a...
Read moreWARNING READ: I went into the exchange with what I wanted already in mind a 26 inch 3 mm diamond tennis necklace along with a pendant that would’ve been custom-made, upon entering, I was harassed by their unprofessional uneducated security guard who demanded I provide ID for my service animal, Even after the salesman told this security guard to leave, the security guard was persistent claiming he was a police officer and that if I did not provide ID, he was going to call the police. After harassing me, he finally walked off, but this gets better. I’m quoted for one piece of jewelry that I want, for $6900, Once it comes time to make this purchase legit I get re-quoted at $7500 before taxes. Mind you this was only after I get initially told it will take three weeks to get the chain finished then five weeks and the price hike. I still agreed to the $7500 even after the harassment and the poor exhibit of professionalism because I really do want this piece of jewelry. Be careful when shopping here, You would think just based off the interaction when I entered that was clearly in front of staff as I was being helped by staff they would’ve did everything in their power to have me...
Read moreWorst experience I have ever had in a watch shop by far. Don't spend your money there, they are rude to customers and not knowledgeable on how to properly fix watches. 0/10 experience detailed below:
I went in for four watch batteries and there were a flurry of issues. First, while removing the back of one of the watches the guy (Morris was his name) broke the case right next to the crown. I unfortunately didn't see this until I had left. Second, I had a watch which was still running but very low on battery which he replaced and suddenly, the watch was no longer working at all... It was my favorite watch. Third, after replacing the battery of another watch the dial was crooked which I noticed and said can you fix this and he said "this couldn't have been us, even if we wanted to move it we cannot." I had to argue with him for 5 minutes before he would fix it and he gave me attitude saying "we usually charge $100 an hour for repairs" when they had...
