Poorly run establishment/location. Workers are unorganized. Mixing up orders. Messing up food. Are looking annoyed at you coming through the doors instead of greeting you. Stingy with the amount of protein, rice and beans on each dish. Even if you ask for and pay for double it looks like what’s “double” should be the standard. They are being cheap even with lettuce and tomatoes on your dish. You pay for a side guacamole, they will put some in a container and have the nerve to scoop out some if they think they gave you too much.
You finally get to the checkout and there’s several customers waiting to get their food and to pay and leave. Complete confusion. People looking for pickup orders and people waiting to pay. There’s no one zoned to handle pickups. It’s just an area of customers waiting to get their food, looking at all the bags. Trying to get someone’s attention to help them or ask about their orders. Workers have to reopen bowls to check what they put in them because they are mixing up who’s food is who’s. Customers are walking back in handing food back that wasn’t theirs. They put the food in bags and don’t even have the care to close the bag up with your food in it. They just slide it to you.
It will be A LONG TIME before I EVER come back to Chipotle and that’s if I come back. More than likely I won’t ever come back to THIS location. I’ve been coming to it for about 8 years and the quality AND customer service have dropped DRAMATICALLY. If you have the taste for this food. Look elsewhere or another location. Clifton chipotle is trash and rt 17 won’t actually make any more food beyond 7:30 so they’re always “out” of stuff when you get there beyond that time. This is the ONE chipotle where:
Ingredients are always available at any time of the day or night before closing (mind you I’m not that person that walks in at like 10:59 and expects 100% perfect service. That’s uncalled for in general but I feel like if you did do that in an emergency this staff would take care of you) Staff is SO nice. They actually seem happy to be there. I’m not a Karen so I don’t particularly judge customer service workers but it’s actually a breath of fresh air to walk in the employees don’t treat you like they hate that you’re there. They charge you accurately The food area where they keep ingredients is always clean. I have food allergies and I know I can come here and not get a scoop of guacamole with cheese flakes in it that will give me hives. I never ever ever ever have to wait too long on line here. Everyone seems to have their roles down and keep the line moving smoothly.

Read moreWow am I absolutely disgusted. I went to this chipotle considering it’s in town and i’d want to support my town. I have been going to chipotle for years and all different locations I happen to always ALWAYS have a problem with this location. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but this was my last straw. Being that it is new years I was excited to have my first chipotle of the year! I got there and there was a long line which is fine. When we got to order our bowls there was no white rice and no steak. Knowing there is a long line and packed they should be cooking to keep up but that was fine. I asked for double meat and I barely got any meat still! I asked for extra cheese and got a sprinkle of cheese. Once I went to pay the lady pulled the two bowls I had order to the cash register and then pulls a burrito with it. So I nicely said “just the two bowls for me please ” The lady then looks me up and down and goes “yea I know” followed by a dirty look. She then proceeds to not ask me if I want anything else and speaks in Spanish to the lady next to her. I asked for my receipt and she said it went through and couldn’t be given to me. If I am going to spend over $30 on a bowl I expect it to be made the way I ask. Then we go to get forks and THEY ARE OUT OF FORKS. Overall the customer service is absolutely DISGUSTING.
