I have been cut before from Merc and everything has always been great! My son and I both go to him! I went there tonight at 6:30 and he double booked me so he ask me to go to this other barber! I don’t even know his name! He messed my hair up so bad! Why do u tell a barber how u want your hair and they do whatever the hell they want! I am trying to let my hair grow! Just a little shape up…. just the sideburns and back off the neck! He just cut so much off! When I realized it was to late because I had my eyes closed at first… I couldn’t even speak when Merc was asking me was I good and have a good night … I was so f’n pissed off of how bad he messed my hair up!! I’m usually a nice friendly guy!!! I am beyond mad man!!! I hate giving people negative reviews but he is absolutely terrible! I wish I could have just went to Merc! I mean Sunday I have to go back to work looking like a f’n clown!!!! When Merc cut my hair it was 5 stars but tonight’s experience I wouldn’t even give 1 star!!!!...

So, I got my hair cut a few weeks ago. They seem to do alright with kids but they absolutely butchered my hair. I didn't realize how bad it was in the shop, the barber had me faced away from the mirror the entire time and then covered it up with a bunch of gel. Couldn't see the shape or accuracy of the cut whatsoever. Maybe this was one bad apple of the bunch because they seem to have a ton of great reviews, but my word.
