Downtown Franks Pizza (center square) — Restaurant in Waynesboro

Make sure you go the the main st location and not the other one, because for some reason the other one kind of sucks. But main st Frank's is bomb! Best pizza for 100 miles. I live in Frederick and will drive to Waynesboro just for Frank's pizza. They use great quality ingredients and everything is delicious. Employees are very nice, lots of seating, and food is prepared fresh to order in literally less time than it takes to go through the Waynesboro McDonald's drive thru. I strongly recommend the cheese steak subs and mozzarella sticks, best I've ever had! To top it all off it's cheaper than most...

I ordered antipasta salads and a small pepperoni pizza. Those salads are so delicious. I had blue cheese dressing and my husband had ranch dressing on his salad. There are rolls of ham and salami and provolone rolled and cut in slices through out and cucumbers and a little onion and a few pieces of tomatoes and cartots and lettuce. We live right near the Square in Waynesboro so we get takeout from Frank's about once a week. Their pizza is just so good...thin crust and just the right amount of sauce and cheese. Our orders are always hot and fresh, and the one and only time they messed up a sub they remade it for me quickly with no hassle. Just a great small town pizza place, no frills, no fuss...the way it should be. Better food and more affordable than chain...
