DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! I've only lived here a short amount of time and I can't wait to move out. The management is VERY shady/ dishonest and unorganized. The new landlord is rude and never calls you back (even if you leave multiple messages). When she does finally call you back she makes up some story that she tried but your phone wasn't working, or it didn't let her leave messages (Complete BS). I've had problems with dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, now my sink is leaking. The ceiling is separating from the walls in multiple spots around the apartment. Our carpet was stained and dirty when we moved in and should have been replaced. The outside of our building is COVERED in old spider webs and there's leaves everywhere in the rock garden. Read moreMoved in September 2015. Currently have two months left and I can't wait to leave! We just got our 6th new apartment manager since I've moved in. Maintenance has no clue how to repair anything. My building has 30 units with 18 parking spaces which fill up by 6pm every day. You will be towed if you park in the garage or visitor parking so if you can't get a spot, have fun walking min 3 blocks with all your groceries. Management(s) have done nothing to accommodate residents like myself who work 2nd shift and get in after midnight. Now I was told by our manager that she would be showing my apt today between 9-10am. Had to wake up early to clean and be up for the walk through and guess who never shows up or calls to let me know I can get a few more hrs of sleep before work...
