66 Sports Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in Webb City

A few years back my wife and I came to what a Kc Chiefs game, atmosphere was OK but I had 1 beer but got charged for 2 on my card. Then about a month ago I had to play pool league there and was ignored by the staff and then when finally got to me they didn't inform new customers of there Thursday night special which was bogo and found out later after I was leaving and I had paid for 4 beers. Yhere wasn't an apology nada. Then today at a pool league tournament the opening staff was rude and no ready for 30 people to come in the door, I asked for a water for my wife and 3 different staff members said they would get me what I asked for but not 1 did and helped regular customers behind me. So I walked away, 5 min later at my table a waitress came by and asked the group for refills, I again asked for a water and when she returned said it was on the house! Unfortunately I have to stay for my team but I will never spend another penny in this place again. Ps, this was after I ordered food so it's not like I not spending money in the place and just asked for free water, and I don't drink that early in the day. Terrible service even worse attitude from the staff! Absolutely ridiculous, wish there was an option for 0 stars! I hope the owner sees this but I could care less about the excuses you may or...

The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the food was so damn good! The atmosphere was alright, the service and waiters were the worst. The only good waitress checked on us every once in awhile, we asked one of the others to help and she looked away and rolled her eyes. They overcharged me for drinks I didn't buy but that was okay because I didn't tip. There was a bar fight/altercation and the guys ended up bumping into our table and knocking all of our full drinks all over us and the floor. Not one of the waitresses came over to check on us but went to clean other people's tables whose drinks had spilled. You could see other people getting mad at the waitresses because there drinks/shots weren't what they order and they would just say that sucks and walk off. At one point we kept having to go up to the bar to get help, which isn't bad except you'd stand there for about 25 minutes until...

The band was great but the service was terrible and I won't go there again. Once I finally got the food I had ordered it was not too bad. But the waitress brought my bill to me but had never delivered my food so I was getting charged for a meal they forgot to serve to me!! Not cool at all. I EVEN REMINDED THE WAITRESS Prior to THAT I had not received my food but the bill came out to me anyway!! The whole night was a disaster as far as I am concerned! I had first asked for a menu she never did bring that so I got one from another table. Then I kept waving the menu to get her attention so I can order my meal and she ignored me or did not see me or something. Then after the bill for my meal was brought to me, I reminded her that I never got my food. Finally my foid came out to me when the rest of my party was already done eating and drinking!
