Atwoods — Local services in Webb City

Love this place , but there needs to be more than this one. It's the only place I can find one of the best dog foods. But the only place to purchase wildiology /several flavors .Which has been a real game changer for my dog Zeus. Regular foods from other store never seem to satisfy he's eating needs. I Would buy 4 to 5 bags of natures menu per month $20 a bag $80 to $100 a month and would leave piles of bright colors of poop all over the yard that took for ever to break up and go away. I then tryed the wildiology samples the store has to let your pet try. We found one he really loves. And the amount of money I saved for a whole lots better food was a no brainer, all good ingredients, no artificial colors, fillers, no added perseverates. And usually 1 bag a month vs 4 to 5 . Cost is 38.99 plus tax. And I was saving over $60 a month . He get satisfied when he eats and his demeanor and attitude changed drastically and was 90 times better behavior and mellowed out. Listens a lot better calmer unless he has to be. Made him even more alert , but they also have good food and drinks prices lots of things convent and can be a 1 stop shopping for most anything u could need. Help is usually very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the store. The closet one beside Webb city is in Arkansas and is made in Texas. But love my shopping...

The location of the store and the wide selection makes this establishment very convenient but I have dealt with unacceptable customer service for the last time. I stopped in for dog and chicken feed and was not greeted by the cashier. She acted annoyed at the fact that she would have to come out of her register to scan a bag. No offer to have it loaded for me was made nor is it ever during any of my trips in. I have purchased several hundred pounds of feed on multiple trips and never once have cart pushers or anyone ever asked if I needed help loading. A large percent of the employees consist of young men who hide in the back and gather in small groups laughing and cutting up all while the busy store is full of customers looking for items that cannot be found. I will not spend anymore money in this store and will happily pay for for feed and the locally owned feed store in another town. After years of supporting this store with both large and small purchases I will not return. I have made mention of the poor customer service to management on more than one occasion and...

Recently went for their big sale, there were a ton of things that appeared to be on sale. We were mostly looking for boys western shirts, and we made sure to only pick from racks that had the 50% off sign. They were organized well, all in size and color/design groups which I appreciated. I was frustrated at checkout though when they told me the shirt we picked was not on sale because it was a winter/long sleeve shirt. Nowhere on any of the sale signs did it say that long sleeve shirts were not included in the sale, and every rack with a sale sign had long sleeves. To make things more confusing, as we were finishing up shopping, a guy came around and pulled all the sale signs down, but reassured us that the sale was still going on until closing (which was a few hours away still.) I generally have a good experience at atwoods, so I will shop again sometime, but if this had been my first and only experience with them I doubt...
