Burlington — Local services in Webster

Went in today to shop with my mom. At the register I found phone car mounts and was needing one. Mom found one that was already open so she decided to look to see if it could fit my phone. Lady at the register (nancy)yelled at us and said not to open it. We stopped and looked up a YouTube video to see what the mount could look like. She then proceeded to call loss prevention on us. I simply told the man that we were just looking at a product that was already open. I ended up buying two car mounts. When we tried it in the car. Neither one fit. So back in the store I go. I was waiting there for a good 5 mins. The lady who yelled at us before saw me but did not call me over to her register. When there was finally a line she then opened her register for me. When I gave her the products and said I need to return them she proceeded to shake both items in front of me, seemingly like she thought I was trying to steal the items and get money back.

They have a large selection and a variety of items. The store was mostly tidy and clean. I left a 3 star review because of the cashier that checked me out last night, "Sarah". She was snatching up the items I was purchasing and shoved everything but two items into one bag. One of the hangers was sticking out the side of the bag. She then proceeded to ball up one of the two the items she didn't stuff into the bag and throw it on the counter, then held up the other the other item (body scrub) and said (in a very angry tone) "DO YOU WANT THIS IN A BAG?" I said, "yes, I do." She angrily snatched a bag and lobbed it onto the counter. I am not a rude person so I greeted her and asked how she was when I walked up so I'm not sure where her anger came from. Maybe she was having a bad day but my kids even commented on how rude she was. Do...

I usually never leave reviews but i feel like i should warn people NOT to come. As i was leaving, me and a few other people were at the exit trying to leave but the doors were locked. We didnt realize three employees were outside the store invluding the security guy. A guy next to me unlocked one of the doors and thats when one older white woman wearing glasses and an older african american woman wearing glasses, came running to the doors screaming at him to not unlock the door because its locked for a reason. Someone said we were waiting for awhile and the white old lady said "no yall werent yall just got there!" The other lady proceeded to follow the man to the parking lot screamin "did you lock it?!"
