I grew up in a city that had Haverty's so was thrilled to see one had opened in my area!! With Shane's help I bought a gorgeous sofa and ottoman in my budget. Delivery was seamless. They use their own in-house delivery team and I've seen them in the store since then where they have greeted me by name and asked if I'm happy with everything. I ended dup deciding to get a custom ottoman instead of the one I purchase. With their 3 day return window it was no issue. Their designer Ty helped me pick out the perfect fabric for my living room. It will be 5 week before I get my new ottoman but no worries I can keep the one I initially purchased until my new one arrives. It's the little things like this that make a difference. Had the pleasure of dealing with a Carol, salesperson, and Ty, designer. Both were beyond wonderful. Carol was a true delight as she patiently took the time to make sure was able to make an informed decision regarding my purchase. Carol even came up with some suggestions that allowed for making a purchase that not only saved helped me stay within my budget, but also afforded me the opportunity to find an alternative that I actually was even more to my liking. We just left Haverty’s in Webster , Texas . We bought a gorgeous dinette set that will look great with our modern farmhouse decor. Kai Hosein was exemplary in every way.
