I just had the most horrible experience at Ross Baybrook. I usually love to shop here but I may never go back til two employees named Addison and Christina are no longer there. I took some clothes to the register to pay. Addison was ringing me up. I forgot to transfer money I to my checking so my card was denied. Already an embarrassing situation I asked her to give me one minute. She rolled her eyes and canceled my purchase....threw my clothes on the floor instead of the area they put returns. I said Iam purchasing those still she said when you have money to pay let me know. I was so embarrassed and insulted. She then calls Christina another employee hands her a receipt of my things and says ring her up. She steps on one of my blouses then picks them up and gives them to Christina. I moved to another register and Christina ri gs me up as I tell her how embarrassed I was. She ignores me gives my receipt and walks away. I asked her to cone back and I wanted to speak to a manager she replied there was no one there for me to call later. She starts laughing walking away and says BYE real loud. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI like to shop at Ross, but the staff at this store ruins your day and shopping experience. Everytime i go, it never fails. The security guard acts as if he owns the store. He even tells the manager how to do his job. Today i was trying to return an item for 9.99 they were trying to give me less money than paid for. I asked to speak to the manager since the item was in the store for the same price the cashier and security guard didnt want to listen to what i was asking. I was trying to purchase other items meanwhile, but she voided my transction and was trying to get rid of me. I told her to re ring me up i never said i wasn't going to purchase the other items. She didn't listen of course associate 170016. I don't know her name but she an elder asian lady has a very rude attitude towards customers everytime i go. She's been there for awhile. I guess ross just doesnt care about good customer service. Im am more than capable to speak on my own. They treat customers as if everyone there is a thief. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAs far as the selection goes, it's not bad. They usually have some decent stuff, a lot of not so good stuff but I usually find enough to keep me coming back. The thing that was crazy last night was that not only did the girl NOT fold any of my clothes, but basically stuffed them into bags and wrinkled them, but upon getting home and taking the clothes out, I found one of those pieces of the theft device with the sharp long metal needle sticking out of it! It fell on the floor and had I not noticed it, my husband or I could have stepped on it or one of our pets could have hurt themselves on it as well. I can't imagine if we had small children. Ridiculous. And it was crazy busy, long line and only one cash register open, while the rest of the lazy slow employees walked around doing absolutely nothing. Yet suddenly as I'm waiting in line, the one girl at the register announces that anyone with clothes with hangers need to take the hangers out and hang them up themselves.
