Panda Express — Restaurant in Webster

Oh my gosh! This is one of the BEST locations and certainly has some of the most honest employees and customers! I am a terminal cancer patient and upon entering the store I was having much difficulty breathing and had almost passed out so I sit down at the table and my husband had to place our order and after we got our order and me still not being able to think clearly I accidentally left my $1200.00 cell phone on theAQ table when we left and I didn't discover it missing for about an hour after we left and my Galaxy Notes21 5g phone has our entire life in it and due to COVID-19 and the economy has caused us to have to make huge sacrifices and difficult decisions for this past year. Do we eat or have a roof over our heads! My husband lost his job a year ago due to COVID-19 and this past December 26th we were evicted from our home we had lived in for over 5 years without ONCE being late on our rent until the pandemic hit. We were living in our car after that and in February our car was repossessed while we were living in it so needless to say we have lost a lot this past year and if we have learned anything from our loss it's been to be thankful for the things we DO have! So, I was ejust really trying to say that because of the honest good people that picked up my phone , it's kind of restored my faith in humanity. They could have just kept it, sold it or gave it away but because they to do the right thing they saved me from having another tragedy and saved me from having a nervous breakdown! Oh yeah, the food! It's the bomb and you guys rock! Eating out for us during the pandemic became a luxury we can no longer afford but we just began to treat ourselves to a meal out once every 2 months or so and losing my phone would have dampened our wasteful treat we just started splurging on. POOR SERVICE for a manager !! (2) days in a row ! I went there 9/15/20 at 8:40pm. An tried to order food when I was told that the only had two 3 items left. An I then asked why they won't cook what I want she said they are to slow to cook more .. Again its only 8:40pm . The next day after work 09/16/20 I went back to this location at 6 pm an I tried to make 2 different orders. She told me she will not do it .. When I asked why she told me i have to come in they will not do two orders for one car. So then I went in an there was a line an she didn't care to even tell me I have order on the app. So I got upset went around to the front an asked her what was the problem with doing two orders in drive thru she yelling at me an telling that she will not do it .. There is NO policy saying I can not make two orders. Then she refused to give me the information to contact higher ups. It Wasn't till I refused to leave that she handed me a blank receipt with the email. MIND YOU SHE IS THE MANAGER!!! Then I ask about the night before why her staff wouldn't make my order she CORRECTS me an tells me it was her that wasn't going to make my order when I asked why she said. I need to leave .. POOR SERVICE ! Mind u I live in pearland there location is webster so they is 15 mins of my day then I drive another 23 mins out of my way to the other panda express off of league city tx. An asked the cashier can I make two orders he said sure so we did. SO AGAIN I want someone to explain for what reason did she not do...

We ordered catering. I don’t normally do a Google review for fast food, but this was different.

Our granddaughter loves Panda, could eat it every day. So for her HS grad party, she asked for that to be served. We ordered from their catering menu, a package that was about $200 and supposed to serve about 26-30 people. It was 4 proteins and 4 sides. We also added on a jumbo pack of egg rolls and a jumbo pack of rangoons. The proteins we got were double orange chicken (her fav), walnut shrimp and Beijing Beef. The sides we got were double noodles (her fav), steamed rice and fried rice. All together, with the shrimp upgrade and adding on egg rolls and rangoons, after tax, it was a sneeze over $300 for 30 people planned.

The spread was terrific! It was a ton of food. We fed about 30 people and sent a lot of food home with our granddaughter. She will eat Panda for a week; she was delighted. Hehe

We snuck some walnut shrimp and egg rolls leftovers for ourselves and everyone else took leftovers home also.

Panda catering is the deal of the century, I’m telling ya. And it was really tasty and spot on time. Very happy...
