This place is cute and nice to go to for a late night dinner and game. They are really proud of their fajitas because the prices are crazy for them. Flavor and quality of the food was subpar. I felt like I could get that anywhere else and it'd be the same, but for way cheaper. I got the beef fajitas with black beans and Spanish rice. It came with a small side for toppings with guac, cheese, pico, and sour cream. I ordered the 1/4 lb. And paid just over $20. I can't remember what my husband got, but his was ok. Nothing special and lacked a bit in the flavor department. I was told this place is know for their Margaritas, so I got their top shelf Rita on the rocks with julio anejo tequila... in the large. I'm personally a bartender and tequila enthusiast and my rita was good, but nothing special. I felt like I make way better ones at home and for a fraction of what I paid (for the one I felt was made with bottle mix). We ordered the medium queso and that was prett good, but just a bit on the watery side because it was dripping everywhere. At the end of our meal, we ordered the flan and that was pretty tasty. It came with some cream sauce and strawberry sauce on the side. I was pretty confused about those 2 because they didn't compliment the desert at all. It would have been perfect all by itself. Service was absolutely excellent! The best my husband and I had in a very long time. The lady was very attentive, paid attention to empty plates and drinks, took orders fast with great recommendations and was really nice. Great experience with our server. At the end we asked for a couple of food boxes to put the rest of our food in and they had a gentleman come out to our surprise (tableside) who boxed all our food up. That was a really nice touch. Our bill was just over $95 for the two of us. We got 1 app, 1 beer, 1 large margarita, 2 mains, and 1 desert. Overall, experience was great. The rating is solely on the food itself and nothing else. We felt we could have gotten better quality food from perry's or papasitos instead for...
Read moreService We were seated within 2 minutes on a Sunday around 6 PM after the baseball game no wait, not crowded. Our server was fast, friendly, and on top of everything. Chips and salsa never ran low, drinks came out fast, and they offered to-go bags without asking. Great experience all around.
Food
Kids had 3 giant chicken nuggets and fries plenty for little appetites.
I had the steak quesadilla with beans and rice fresh, hot, and flavorful.
We shared the spicy shrimp nachos really spicy, but really good. The chips are huge and it’s priced by chip count (like 5/10/20-chip options), which was different but made sense.
My husband had the flautas, only two listed, but they’re massive. You could split each and get four solid pieces.
Portion sizes are generous everyone left full.
Drinks My mojito was cold, refreshing, and had a perfect kick. Simple but strong. Drinks came out quickly, no complaints at all.
Menu The menu is packed with options, but visually it feels like flipping through a stack of ads. A little busy but once you slow down, there’s plenty to choose from.
Atmosphere The vibe is authentic and colorful. The decor feels like you stepped right into Mexico terracotta floors, carved wood, rustic tables, papel picado banners, and warm lighting everywhere. It’s cozy, festive, and honestly just beautiful inside. The stained glass, the wooden horse at the bar, and the details make it feel like a full experience not just dinner.
Restrooms Very clean. No paper towels on the floor, tidy sinks, and a foot pull on the door so you don’t have to touch the handle. Love when places think of the small stuff.
Overall This location is a litlke bit smaller than the Vintage Park one, but that’s a good thing. Less crowded, better food, and way faster service. We were a table of four adults and two kids, and everyone had a great time. I’d choose this location over...
Read moreWarning: very expensive. If you have the money and are willing to spend much, this is the place to go. It's very nice with a mini waterfall that welcomes you as you step into the building. You walk a nice hallway leading to the entrance where you pass lively colors and beautiful designs. As you step inside, the lobby and dining area is tastefully decorated. There's a welcoming crew that will show you to your table (no need to make reservations, I guess unless you have a big party coming). The server (ours was Ruben) was very polite and attentive and did a wonderful job. The food (though very expensive) was very enjoyable, nicely laid on your plate and the chef thought about every detail (one seldom sees a lemon slice wrapped in a colorful net with a ribbon to prevent the seeds from getting squeezed into your food). The chips served with two dips (a deliciously-made fresh salsa and a nice green dip) was enjoyable by itself. I ordered the Chicken Enchilada Verdes and the sauce was delicious that you know the chef takes pride in how he cooks his dishes. My hubby ordered a large Ceviche and I couldn't help but pick from his food. The dining room is beautiful with pretty light fixtures hanging from the ceiling. There are more than enough (friendly and helpful) workers ready to serve. The restroom is nice. There's ample parking outside - and they offer valet parking. For me though, I will reserve my visits here for special occasions, but I truly have enjoyed their food, the service, and the...
