The parking card from Marriott doesn’t work this morning. Sept 7th 2021 around 7 am. We pressed the assistance for 20 times and the Residence inn front desk called them twice as well. No body picked up the phone for 10 mins. Finally someone showed up said they didn’t got any phone calls and refused to let me leave. I spent another 5 mins there until they got a phone from the front desk. This is totally BS. I wasted 15 mins there. The attendent should be at their job. They also refused to give a name. The management should figure out who that attendant...

We parked here overnight when we took the ferry to NYC, and overall, it's a nice garage with an easy in/out process. My only critique is that the design of the garage is a bit unusual and seems to be triangular rather than rectangular, or at least it appears that way when your trying to park. I found multiple dead-ends and some very tight turns that may not be possible in oversized vehicles. My advice is if you're parking here and you're on a tight schedule to make the ferry, I'd leave early to give yourself a few more minutes to park...
