NYC Parking for Port Imperial — Local services in Weehawken

We had stayed in the garage 42 hours but paid for 48 hours. When we reached the car, it took us about 11 minutes to find our car key. Because we stayed in the garage 10 more minutes, we were charged more at the exit. We tried speaking to a manager and explain that we had paid for 48 hours of garage use when we have only used 42, so the extra minutes charge was not warranted. They ask you to pay at the station, so God forbid you cannot find your car or feel sick and stay over 10 minutes in the garage. The manager hung up the call on us after explaining that they cannot do anything. This business is there to rip you off. The management is extremely rude. They have been only rude and nothing else. They had no courtesy . Rather than parking here, drive into Manhattan because there are lots available for overnight parking, and there are people who would at least talk to you face to face. I've been a monthly pass member for years... Today I couldn't find my pass and had to resort to getting a daily ticket to enter. No problem in the past they just validate it at the front desk once you show your monthly card.
