Best local dance school ever!!! I am super confused!!! Have I never written a review for our favorite second home?!? That cannot be possible! Or, maybe just not on Google??? Anywho, need to correct that PRONTO. We have been going to this dance school for four years now, second year since they opened. This year is their 5th Anniversary and a landmark and testament to them. We ABSOLUTELY LOVE and ADORE JZT, the Owners Jen & Ned, and their AMAZING STAFF OF INSTRUCTORS. Hands-down our ONLY DANCE SCHOOL FOR LIFE. Hopefully! I do not plan on ever moving out of the area and my daughter and I love the only other place we probably live at more than our own home. ; ) All forms of dance, acro, musical theater, tap, hip hip [of course those last two are forms of dance but felt the need to accentuate them for some reason! ; )]... their professional and SUPER talented group of ballet, jazz, tap, hip hop, acro, musical theater instructors are of the highest caliber, great at what they do, so skilled, and the children love them! There is not a better place for excellent instruction, family atmosphere, wonderful families attending, beautiful studios, and multitude of offerings. When there is enough demand, they even offer adult dance classes and I loved being able to take hip hop here. One of the most fun times I have had in my adult/Mom life! Oh, and they even offer yoga. ; ) The way they handled this year for the children was great and I was SO PLEASED to be able to do dance photos of my child and attend in-person dance Showcases of our children's performances. That was such a HIGHLIGHT to this year of turbulent times for the World and for many of us personally. The Showcases really made our year and I was so appreciative of such a beautiful highlight to mark the end of our dance year with a bang! We LOVE, LOVE, LOVE JZT!!! 😁❤

Updated edit : We have now been at JZT for 4 years and our experience has only gotten better . The teachers continue to be professional and really care about the kids . The recitals are still top notch . I really appreciate that during COVID Jen and Ned ( owners ) found a way to keep the kids dancing and to be able to perform their routines in person at the end of the dance year . I’ve read some of the other negative reviews and I just cannot agree . This has not been my experience with this dance school. I was a dancer growing up and I work in the dance industry now as a adult . Everything Jen and Ned are doing is right on point to help these kids who want to pursue a career in dance have the tools they will need . And for the kids who do not it’s still a good life lesson to teach them that there are rules for a reason and discipline will help them in any aspect of life . I urge anyone who is looking for a dance school to please come in and see for yourself . There are many more happy parents then there are not. We love our Dance family !

My daughter has been in JZT for 4 years already and is starting her 5th. It has been a really great place that she has loved. From being a 3/4 year old and just starting to take a class a week to now being on the competition team and taking 7 classes a week. It’s an incredible environment. Great teachers that are really able to understand the children and work with them to get the most out of them. The improvement I have seen and the maturation of my daughter I’ve the last couple of years is a huge testament to what they do here. They have amazing choreography and high level numbers all while keeping the small warm familial environment that this studio prides itself on. Miss Jenn absolutely adores all the children that dance here and her Husband Mr Ned is at the front desk always willing to help you and answer questions and even talk some sports with the Dads that are dropping off or picking up. So if you are looking for an amazing place to start your child in dance or if you’ve moved to the area and have a highly skilled dancer looking to take it to the next level, then JZT...
