I have Been stressing out because Royal Caynin halted production on almost all of their cat food which is completely Unacceptable so everywhere of course is sold out I spent days looking for big name pet stores that might have some inventory left and came out with nothing only price gougers on eBay selling the cat food for double what it is worth. Then I finally thought about a local pet store rather than the big chain and I was Not disappointed. I called A sale associate by the name of Alex that was a complete Gem he saved my entire day he was able to locate all the pet food I needed And got my entire order ready. It was my first time coming into this store and I was excited because I live in the area and never knew about them; I normally travel to Hoboken. I walk in and the woman doesn't acknowledge me at all.... she's on the phone taking an order, so I somewhat understand, but a simple nod would have sufficed.
