Please do not waste your time coming here. Staff is nice and friendly. Dr. Careless, is rude and very unprofessional to her workers and patient (me). Thank god I am a person who is clear and aware of situations I am in. Cleaning a rush, underlying treatments that needed to be met were not I didn’t even know I had 10 cavities until I saw another Dentist. Tower Plaza Dentistry wanted to treat me for veneers, I had an exclamation ⚠️ over my head and my eyes 👀 were in shock! I was like, what 😮????? I told her no way and plus my insurance will not cover this matter. I tried to have a conversation with her but she did not want to hear me out and kept speaking over me. Before this Dentist I had seen a prior dentist who was exactly the same and careless!!!! I am glad I found my new current dentist she is Heaven sent. Out of the 10 cavities I had, I needed two root canals 🦷!!!! Please find a Dr. who actually takes the time to listen and speak with you on behalf of your oral care and acknowledges the underlying conditions instead of hiding it. 4/27/2019 @10:00am I entered in Tower Dental Office with mye aunt At first mye aunt told the lady behind the counter rhat i was in pain and need to see the dr. Asap She told me that i had ti waut Mye aunt sked how long ? The lady said to mye aunt after all these people are gone i was in lit of pain & frustrated. Another lady comes in .She tried help with convwrsation in all reality she made me feal after giving mye applicatio as if i can not trust her .First she told us that Tower Dental hsd a soecial exrays and cleaning for $70. That was ok as she contunuwd to speak she said Well the dr. Will charge yiu $90. Just to look at the exrays than She will charge additional for her work . Than after that mye aunt told me we can come back little latter. As we were leaving to see mye dog which was allone in the car. I asked mye auntcti take mye applucation back as if i feal they will keeap adding the bill up.Mye aunt was upset and told me this would never happened if the manager was there or the Dominican lady who takes exrays and cares so much for...

I’m Only giving one star because I can’t select 0 stars. They are only focused on how much money you or your insurance company will pay. Especially the dentist that works on Wednesdays.

The hygienist was very friendly when taking x-rays. The dentist came in 5 minutes later, zoomed in on one tooth and pointed out a “cavity” - I’m not a dentist so it probably was a cavity but he didn’t even look at the rest of the x-rays. He then told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover it because it was too expensive so I would have to pay out of pocket and walked out of the room.

The manager came out and told me I could just get the cleaning I was looking for instead and come back in January to have the cavity filled under insurance. I told her I just wanted the cleaning and she politely agreed.

The dentist came back in, cleaned my teeth for 5 minutes total, told me how bad my ONE previous cavity had been filled, and left.
