The reason for this review isn't the quality of the food because tbh its pretty decent but these people nickel and dime in the most dishonest and petty way that im permanently turned off from ordering ever again. They charge an extra dollar if you get a slice delivered which is eye rolling but not a deal breaker. What is a deal breaker is one time I ordered a pie, half white and half pepperoni, they don't have a medium size only Small(12") Large(16") X-Large(18") so I get the large, comes out to 23 dollars which pricy even for a few toppings but to make it worse I open the pizza and its TINY, not even 16 inches! I call the manager he basically tells me im wrong and that they use 16 inch screens so there is no way its possible the pie isn't a large. After pulling teeth he offers me a slice for next time and tells me, " just so you know, that is how we make the pizza its NOT going to change". I figured I would give them another chance to see if they improved about two weeks later and NOPE. This time a pie with sausage and pepporoni, 21 dollars and its actually smaller this time, less than 14 inches( yes I measured it). I put the pic up so you can see that even to the untrained eye that pie is not a 16 inch. So you don't have a medium on the menu but you charge for a large and make it a medium size.... very dishonest and not worth all the money, even dominos fills out there boxes bro. 1 pie with sausage and pepperoni, one 6 piece mozzarella sticks, 1 6 piece wings, and a 2liter for 40 dollars plus tip, plus I asked for extra sauce and paid for it and didn't get it which isn't the first time they mess stuff up. This place money gauges and they're dishonest, you can find many similar options that are more reasonable. here's a tip for you Romanos; If your 16 inch screen makes 14 inch pies maybe use 18 inch screens so that you can make an actual large pie (16 inches) for people that you're charging premium prices. I ordered from here every week until now.

I might be the only person here not ordering pizza at a pizzeria (which is totally out of character for me) but it was only because we were just coming back from Maine, so had been eating very heavy foods for the entire weekend. I needed a salad and there happened to be a Door Dash summer pizza deal, and I had ordered from their sister restaurant before, so we decided to give Romano's a try. For a rainy Thursday at 9:30 pm before LDW, it was poppin. There were people in line (before and after me) and people calling in to place orders. Most people were social distancing except this one guy who worked there, who wasn't even wearing a mask inside. He was also just sitting there on his phone while this one poor guy had to answer the phones and handle the walk-in customers. I arrived about 5 minutes before my pick-up time but ended up waiting 20 minutes, so that was a little bit annoying - especially since I only ordered a Caesar wrap, and tossed salad. I was very happy with the food though. The salad portion was big. I added chicken to it and they definitely did not skimp on that. I do want to come back and try their pizza but if I do another pick-up order, I'll just make sure to come after my pick-up time. I would also order a pie, since their slices look like they have been sitting out. At least if I order a pie, I know it's made fresh.

This is crazy. I used to love this pizza. But today I ordered a large pie and after a hour I called to get the status first they put me on hold after being delivered n hold for 2 mins they said driver will be there in five minutes. So I get off the phone after 20 minutes later. I call back and say hey I would like to cancel the order. Then the guy put me on hold then comes back and says he just talked to the driver. He’ll be there in 2 to 3 minutes so I say OK and get off the phone then after 15 minutes I call back and say oh I would like to cancel the order the driver isn’t here. This time it’s a young lady on the phone and she says I can’t cancel the order because you placed it online through the website. There’s no managers there. Also the driver is already left. She tried to get my name and my number. Saying next time you call we’ll make sure you have good service then finally the delivery guy delivers my pizza. OMG!!! This pizza is cold now only way I can eat. It is to put it in the oven, and heat it up. It’s not room temperature. It’s just cold. Right now….its really cold outside and the pizza felt like it was on top of the car for 20 mins outside (not saying that’s what happened). It was almost 2 hours from the moment it placed the order till the...
