Wash And Fold Laundromat — Local services in Weehawken

Let me start of by saying that I have been coming to this laundromat for years & what I experienced a couple of weeks ago at this laundromat is unheard of. So I put my clothes in the dryer, set my timer & go upstairs. (I live upstairs from the laundromat.) When timer goes off, which I set for 10 mins before the time finishes, I go back down and find my clothes still soaked & the machine says Out Of Order. I get the lady that works there attention, who was sitting on the bench on her phone & let her know (Hey the machine just stopped & my clothes are still soaked.) She responds, What do you want me to do? Your clothes isn't my responsibility & Im not a mechanic! She proceeds to tell me, What does she want me to & that I shouldn't go upstairs and leave my clothes unattended. Things got out of hand. She gets loud & nasty & I simply responded back the same exact way until she starts saying extremely inappropriate things in Spanish, in front of my child. Never again!!! She did wind up giving me quarters for another machine but, I will never go back to a place who treats there...

Consistently no hot water in any washing machines. Hot water valves off. Owner should reconsider doing something like this to...

Half the machines are Out of Service. You have to wait to use the dryers on weekends but empty during off peak hours...
