Complete waste of time. I arrived on Tuesday morning at 830, and the shop was closed, the hours online and on the door state they open at 8am, there was a sign on the door that mentioned closing early I'm sure from the night before, but no mention of them opening late. I went to their website and looked at their other locations, according to their site the hemporium on south Texas opened at 630, as expected it was closed as well. Sadly this seems to be an ongoing issue with them, as I'm not the first person to experience their inability to show up to work on time. I would come here because the staff was friendly, and the prices were the best I've come across in the valley, but its not worth the half hour drive if I'm going to leave empty handed. I'd rather spend a bit more where I'm at instead of wasting time, gas, money, and not keeping dependable hours shows that you don't value your customers time. Again, I can't stress enough how disappointed and frustrated I am, after the stellar review I wrote and all the recommendations I gave to family and friends. I reached out to customer service several times and I havenāt been able to get a response within the past 2 months. I decided to do a little research of my own to see what exactly the owner has been doing to be so busy since they are able to upload content but not reply to customers.
