Exotic Berry frozen yogurt — Local services in Weslaco

MARINA had a terrible attitude when I ordered 3 bowls. I just underwent throat surgery and haven’t been able to eat anything other than smoothies. My sister recommended this place since she’s a regular and goes weekly. I ordered two smoothies through the drive thru a few days ago and that took at least 20minutes so think twice when you want to order that way. I decided to go inside this time and ordered 3 bowls, I was the only one there and MARINA had a very bad attitude. She continued to say that she can’t make any pitaya bowls and transfer into a cup, all I wanted was the bowl to be poured in a cup so I can drink them on my drive. She kept saying with an attitude “I’m not going to make that, I’m going to call my manager and ask if it’s ok cause I’m not going to do that” I was shocked that it required permission for that lol but ok. At that point I said thank you and that I’ll just take my business elsewhere, I told my sister about it and she will also find a new smoothie place with better service and better product.

Been coming here for a week a straight because at first my order was always so freaking good then I started to realize they started charging me different prices EVERY time I went so I called one girl out and said she “accidentally “ pressed the wrong button and got charged way lower than I was getting charged those previous times, went today bc I was like you know what it probably is a mistake.. tell me why they charged me EVEN LESS and they made my smoothie with no milk???? Tasted like pure strawberry and ice?? I went back and asked if they can remake it and tell me why it’s the same taste when I get it back like it she just blended it AGAIN. If you drink almond milk YOU KNOW it has a different flavor, I was not getting what I asked. Never going again no wonder such bad reviews at this...

Very disappointed with the Exotic Berry in Weslaco. When walking into the building I noticed an excessive amount of dirt all over the floors that had not been sweeped or even acknowledged. Furthermore, I order boba which I would like blended, however they state “We can not do that at the moment.” I believe it was because they were a hour till close and did not want to do more work than they’d like.
