No words are needed, no words are good enough. But what is a triple 5 star rating without evidence...

Food: The first time I've ever ate at Compallitos, I got the taco combo. The first thing that entered my mouth was a spoon fool of magic (beans and bacon). Mind you that I don't think much for mexican restaurants- nor have I ever- but this visit was LIFE changing. To this day in get the lonche combo, while decently cheap, affordable, I leave the restaurant on a full stomach, never leaving behind another bite.
Service: Not only are the servers super considerate, they might as well have beat prime-day McDonalds preparation speeds. The food is served to me before I can even finish my bowl of beans. Never go a visit without dropping a good tip🗣 Just today I had the best visit, amazing flavor in the potato, best bistek lonche with the crispiest, softest, perfect breading. 1000/10.
Atmosphere: I really can't complain at all, it feels simplistic, I can talk without the worry of being spied on or feeling judged by employees. The employees and their behavior- 10/10. This is just my unbiased opinion toward compallitos. The food is amazing, service is amazing, I love the simple environment, and I recieve EXACTLY what I envision when I think of eating real Mexican food, real flavor, real seasonings, EVEN THE DRINKS ARE PERFECT. Possibly the best Dr. Pepper I've have drank in my life (unbiased opinion of course).
Concerns: Parking... parking is nothing short of just "i kinda wish there was more space if it were up to me I would personally pay to bulldoze 20 acres (similar to "Dollywood") and absolutely expand the everliving heck out of compallitos".
Real concerns: NONE, I have a fully stomach, happy waiter, happy day, happy pay. PERFECT MEAL garunteed for every visit. I don't know why I didn't give a triple 5-star rating...
Read moreI loved this place. I had been going to this taqueria as soon as it opened, till just now. By no means is their food horrible, but their service, terrible! My Spanish has always been choppy because I can’t pronounce certain words correctly, so I called in English to make an order to go. The lady I first spoke to, was in fact speaking English and asked what name the order would be under and I said, said name and then I heard her say something else so I proceeded to ask if it was the right name because I didn’t wanna get the wrong name, but I wasn’t upset, I just wanted to know and from there, she gave me attitude and then would talk to me and cut me off to talk to a coworker and then without anything being said, I’m being asked very rudely about my order in Spanish and when I answered in English, she then asked very rudely if I didn’t know Spanish? So I began to order awkwardly until it upset me because she then called me “Chica” but the way she said it, was horrible as if there was a smirk. Just not professional. As a food service worker, when people who only speak Spanish come in, I try my hardest to speak it as best as I can because I can still understand it. Makes me sad because I really did...
Read moreWOW!! Truth be told, I am not one to frequent ‘taquerias’, as I like to grill or cook my own; however, when friends of ours (from church) invited us here this past Wednesday, I knew I needed to return and bring my family to enjoy this food! The beans have just the right amount of spices and pieces of pork in it, that result in such a delicious and very unique flavor, that want you asking for a second serving! The baked potato with butter is so smooth and cooked just right, all you need is salt n pepper! The options available to top the potato are an added plus! The chicken tacos with onions literally melt in your mouth, alongside the grilled onions and cilantro bits! I’m not sure if the chicken is marinated but the flavor is amazing. Finally, the beef bistec tacos are tender, as is their ‘Taco Pirate’, and adding their green chili sauce is my version of ‘the cherry on top’!
I am wonderfully surprised and grateful for the customer service Mr. Octavio provided, as well as their Saturday staff. WOW! Thank You! I...
