RED FLAGS SCAMS Horrible customer service. Have personally visited this business on 5 occasions recently. Different days. The first time I went I was overcharged by 4 dollars and the receipt doesn't give details of the purchase. The second and third time was seemingly rushed out the door as if she was incredibly busy. Although the truth was I was the only customer in the store. Was overcharged as well 4 to 5 dollars as well on these occasions as well. 4 th time I went I was looking out for those hidden yet never listed charges and made a point to pay very slowly with small bills. Still managed to get overcharged by 2 dollars. This last time I'll go personally was the worst. Was greeted by comadreish party 🎉. There was a sales woman making huge bows literally. Still the only customer there. Then asked to see some statues only to be ignored. Then rushed. I remained patient but after 20 min of standing there waiting politely while the two sales lady's stand around and literally gossip I stated I will take business elsewhere if they cannot help me or are unwilling to. Only then did I get customer service. Still as they try to rush me out the door. And this time got over charged 10 dollars from the price they quoted me. Personally speaking never going back. I'll just go online and have the products I want delivered or will drive further to another different store. Seriously speaking they must be keeping some money off the top n not reporting it to the owners skimming the profits. RED FLAGS SCAMS Horrible...
