A quick edit to start, as of January 2020 I've been a successful patient of Dr. Fiestam for several years, and am approaching 3 years clean. Of his few reviews on Google, over 80% are 5-star, with only one 1-star.

I have been to 3 pain-management/addiction doctors over 5 years and Dr. Fiestam is simply the best! Despite the fact that he preforms services above and beyond any doctors office I've ever been to, his services are more affordable than "the best" of his so-called peers; he has no equal.

It's not just important, it is CRITICAL, to have a doctor to give you the opportunity and support to recover, like I have. Please, WHEN YOU ARE READY TO STOP the cycle, give yourself the best chance for recovery and schedule that first appointment. We deserve real, compassionate, help and I got all that and so much more from this man. So can you.

I used to wait over an hour in a a waiting room to move to an exam room, then another 30-45 mins until he arrived in the exam room, culminating in a 5/10 minute session of judgment, blame, and profiteering off of addicts, off of me and you, who are seeking help. Now I see Dr. Fiestam who has no waiting room, and I am to this day astonished that despite lacking the full nursing and office staff, he has done more for me and supports me more than my previous physician and his staff all put together. No hours long waiting room, no judgment when you're in his office at all. Just straight to the doctor for a 30min heart-to-heart about my individual treatment/recovery. I don't have to be jammed into a 15min appt., Dr. Fiestam is availible, works with me to make my appointments fit my schedule. He's taken time to know me, to learn about my life and specific other mental- and physical-health history and current health.

I've never felt that a doctor was so invested in me, never had a relationship as with Dr. Fiestam; without which I'd possibly and probably would still be suffering, in pain, and a slave not only to addictive drugs, but also the system of doctors, pharmacists, and Pharmaceutical Corporations that allow and profiteer off of the opiod epidemic.

Dr. Fiestam is an amazing doctor, he is also an amazing person. I am so grateful to him, just like almost every single other patient of his that has posted here.

Dr. Bob is by far the best doctor I have ever seen. Not only does he show one on one care but you truly know he cares about his patients! There is no waiting in a waiting room (for an hour after your scheduled appointment time) to then be taken back to another room and wait another half an hour at least to have the doctor walk in and spend 5 minutes wth you (Cough...De, Cough... La, Cough... Torre)! No No No, Dr. Bob is all about his patients from the beginning of your appointment until the end of your appointment! He really does care about us! On one occasion my beloved was unable to make any appointment times work and he was willing to meet us at a park on a Saturday where we strolled around the board walk discussing the five languages of love...now you may ask why would he do such a thing, he is not a marriage counselor! No he is not but he has compassion and he cares! He even showed me my new favorite Bible verse...

Dr.Bob is hands down the best doctor I have ever had. Over the last 17 years I have seen 10 different doctors in 4 different counties and Dr Fietsam is by far the most attentive, most friendly and most caring. He has a small practice which creates a more personal Doctor/patient relationship and when you show up for an appointment you are seen on time, unlike many doctors offices where you sit in a waiting room until 30 minutes after your appointment time just to be called back and made to wait another 15 minutes to see the doctor. Office visit prices are competitive and lower than most when compared to other practices.

Edit: the people who rated Dr. Fietsam with only 1 star are people who get upset when the Dr refuses to give in to their drug seeking behavior. As a pain management and addiction specialist he sees a lot of patients who are trying to obtain medications that they have no legitimate reason to be taking , when he refuses to prescribe them unnecessary medications and instead tries to convince them to try medication for recovery from their addiction they get angry and retaliate the only way they can, by leaving...
