Target — Local services in Wesley Chapel

Clean store, great lighting. Love the carts that are clean and in good repair. The carts glide beautifully and the handles are taller than standard carts so they are very comfortable to push. I like the limited section of items. 100 choices of everything is too many. I like for a store to pick out a few of the best options for each product and then offer those choice items at a reasonable price. This store does that. This store also has items that I cannot find everywhere - like mascarpone (which I love). The employees are helpful when asked and don’t constantly bother you when you don’t need them. The bathroom is attractive and clean. The floors are sparkly clean. The veggies are fresh. There are always organic berries. One of the only missing items, that I always need, is organic lemons. Please try to add organic lemons to the staples in produce. Overall, I like that Target offers unique items. This store does a particularly good job making everything look enticing and attractive. This is my favorite Target store in this area. Corporate should recognize the employees and management at this location for doing an exceptionally good job with merchandising and service.

EDIT: Britany, the service engagement team leader, is going to work with the produce team leader to get organic lemons stocked.

I want to share that the regular lemons (not organic) I did buy at New Tampa Target were beautiful, blemish-free, fragrant, the perfect firmness and gloriously lemon-y.

I requested a few more organic items since Britany was so nice and asked for more feedback.

I forgot to mention in the initial review that I’ve found grass fed, non-gmo, no antibiotic rib eye at New Tampa Target and it was delicious!

I love that the New Tampa Target is always well-stocked with avocados.  I always feel confident buying New Tampa Target’s avocados.  At Publix, Costco, Sam’s and Walmart I buy 1 to confirm the batch is good before buying the amount I really want.  Then I need a second trip just for avocados (boooo!).  I always buy all of the avocados I what I want, without hesitation, at the New Tampa Target store.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TARGET LOCATION. If you item goes on sale within 14 days they will not adjust the price and you will be humiliated with security called on you. Brought my receipt in for a price adjustment because the item is now cheaper and within 14days and "Sharon" from customer service would not price adjust my item. First she stated it was a "black Friday sale" which I pointed out it was done the Sunday before black Friday. She then tried to tell me that I have to bring the item in however I told her I couldn't because it was a 70in Television hanging up on my wall. The next reason was because it was already on sale and they do not adjust sale price items (even though it is cheaper now?). After all this, SHE CALLED SECURITY TO HAVE ME REMOVED. Funny was that the security officer was on my side because the item is cheaper now. I am now having to go back home, take the TV off my wall, return it and buy a new one. Thank you Target and the manager "Sharon" for the great customer service you provided to your paying customer and the harassment you provided. NEVER AGAIN will I buy something from this store. This is a praise review for the CVS in this Target…but this Target's parking lot is HORRIBLE. I have driven to Walmart, down the road a bit, just to avoid this terrible parking lot (even though I am closer to Target). I have been visiting this CVS, embedded in Target, for seven years now (I bought my house, which is around the corner, in 2012). The pharmacy is highly visible i.e. when walking down the main aisle on the food side, one's eye is drawn to the pharmacy and those working within are easily visible. Without fail- the pharmacy techs and pharmacists always appear to be in a good mood. There is never a bad mood lingering or a 'rush' mentality. When I use this pharmacy, the pharmacy techs are consistently the nicest, and most helpful, out of anywhere that I have been in the local area. They always ask if I would like to speak to a pharmacist about my medication. Of note, the pharmacist named Mark is incredibly helpful. He always makes himself available to answer questions and is 'present' during the discussion, not like other store pharmacists who seem to want to answer my question and go back to work.
