Dipped Birria Tacos — Restaurant in Tampa

I’m new to area, recently moved from Virginia down to Florida. The Food Truck scene was booming up there, especially for Tacos. However, this is hands down the best Birria Tacos I have ever had. Don’t let the online portion sizes fool you, I could barely finish 2 Tacos before thinking about that 3rd one.

I got everything on the menu except for QuesoBirria (Quesadilla) and Ramen. The sandwich was done absolutely perfect. Nice crispy outside with a flavor filled inside. Paired with their own original dipping sauce creates the perfect blend for anyone to enjoy. This praise can only be extended to the Tacos as well. In classic fashion, two taco shells in case of spillage which isn’t even needed but the meat is so juicy that the softer inside shell compliments the outer hard shell for some nice crunchy bites. All the fixings provided. Lime, 2 sauces for topping and the pickled onions on the side so you can make every taco perfect for you.

There original nachos are a site to behold. Any one item on this menu could be a full meal for one and the Nachos definitely hold that standard. By no means is it finger food though. Get your friends ready with a fork because you will need help finishing the whole thing.

Customer service was excellent, the gentleman who cooked my order provided me with 2 drinks on the house and even offered to help bring the food to my car. In total I spent around $90 including tip and had a better experience than going to most restaurants. This is only enhanced by how clean the truck looked and the low traffic area of the WinDixie parking lot.

If you've been looking for the ultimate taco experience, look no further. Dipped Birria isn't just a taco truck, it's a fiesta on wheels. For real, the food was so delicious when I went. Buckle up for the BEST Mexican food experience you've ever tasted. Taco Bell? Trash. Rocco's Taco's? Meh. El Segundo? El Ultimo. Dipped Birria should be La Primera taco spot. I got the Taco's and the Quesadilla and both were AMAZING.

The Taco's: SO GOOD!!! I didn't just eat tacos, I entered a flavor dimension. It was the absolute picture perfect example of what a taco should be. Don't even get me started on the consommé. Oh, now I'm started. The consommé is the cherry on top and I drank the rest when I ran out of tacos.

The Quesadilla: DELISOSO!!!!! You tried the rest, now try the best. God definitely graced these men with a gift for cooking and they are using it. The queso oaxaca worked into it, makes every bite a heavenly experience.

I wanted to start this review by saying thank you to the nicest staff I've come across in a very long time. Your attitude and love for the food you create definitely show in the quality of what you serve. Now, getting to the food itself, I've tried birria tacos and Mexican Food in some of the greatest places in Florida and New York City and have to say you guys have outdone yourselves. The taste and quality of your tacos and my favorite, the quesadilla, were spectacular. The flavor and crunch on those tacos were spot on, and I don't think the quesadilla could have been made any better. I had to leave town that same day but would have loved to stay another night to visit you guys again. I will definitely be coming back to Dipped Birria soon and try your other items on the menu.
