As much as i like smoothie king.. I get the same one all the time.. My smoothie was purchased for me and my job is 10 mins or kess doen the road. I get my smoothie and it was not of thethert consistancy. I called the store and the gentleman that i spoke with was professional but his shift manager at that time was not willing to accomodate me by giving me some type of discount off my next smoothie..like 1 dollar.especially i spent 10 and it is watery. Only explanation was the cups are not the same.so smoothies dont stay the same texture for as long. I mean i work in customer service and we accommodate customers all the time.. So apparently you have to have a GM approval just to do something as small as that..i cannot come and switch out due to me working after the store is closed..i just think that it is ridiculous that they aren't willing to do any accomodating..so i guess a watery smoothie for...

I was not greeted by the two employees as i walked in and began to wait at the register to be helped. While the employees continued their conversation with each other, one began to shout over the end of the counter, and I mean shouted, over and over at a customer in order to get him his drink. This went on for about a minute. After the fact they laughed about it hysterically meanwhile, a line of people had formed behind me. Luckily, a different employee came from out back, and greeted me and took my order. Read moreI've been a regular customer at this Smoothie King for over 2 years since moving to the Wesley Chapel area and their customer service has always been great and they've always been very consistent on the way they make the smoothies (which are great btw)! I've read some of the negative reviews and I'm calling bs on them. I've never been asked to give a tip by any employees in the 2 years I've been going there! The credit card/debit card reader is set to give the option of leaving a tip, its not the employees asking for one🤦♂️. And as far as too much ice, I've never had that issue, my smoothies always taste great, and the customer service has always been great and the employees even refer to me by name so I really appreciate that!
