Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service

I ordered a dinner box with a square pan pizza, but what I received wasn’t what I ordered. When I called to clarify, the manager, Tamika, was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, she told me they stopped offering that option over two months ago and that if I ordered more often, I would know that.

This was our 2nd time picking up Pizza there... The first time the employee at the front was rude... No Thank You or your Welcome... Okay maybe a bad day...
