As a avid Starbucks tumbler collector I was very excited to purchase your new Glow in the dark tumbler. I went in on my lunch break to purchase 3 for my big sister, twin sister and myself. As the cashier proceeded with the transaction a employee came out of nowhere to deny the the transaction for one of the cups. He explained there was a 2cup max per customer yet no signs were posted and the cashier did not mention it at all. I literally left work to purchase the cups and was denied one. My sisters are unable to shop and I assume the role. I went back later and the cups were gone.
