I came in to exchange a dress that was bought a little more than a week ago. I had my tag still attached to dress. I had no receipt. I lost it. I came up to the register to exchange for other clothing I got and the lady at the register coordinator as her tag said by the name of Magdalena gave a loud smirk when she asked if I was returning the dress without a receipt. She then continued to inform me that their policy was that I should have a receipt because when she scans in the system it might be a dress from 3 years ago ( which is an over exaggeration from her part) . She then continued to inform in an attitude fashion that next time I needed to provide receipt because they might not return. ( keeping in mind the dress has both tags still attached right next to the breast area). In other words calling me a liar about me purchasing the dress a week and a half ago. I asked to please scan dress to see if her 3 year old message when scanning was accurate. She never did. I insisted to please view my bank statement with the date that I purchase dress. She did not want to see. I work on the medical field and had my uniform on and my badge on and I clarified that if I give my patients this treatment it would not be tolerated. Her name is Magdalena and she was not a nice person. She accused me of being a liar without having to say it. She made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel like I shouldn't buy clothes at Marshalls anymore. Meanwhile Marshall's was always my preference.    Read moreI went to that location because I was in the area, purchased a few items and went back home (45 minutes driving distance),when I opened the bags there was some items missing, I went ahead and called the store and they found the items (the cashier never gave us 1 bag) I asked the manager (Tatiana) for a refund and she said that it is impossible for them to give you a refund over the phone and that I need to go back to the store, I said, well it is 45 minutes away and I really donât think it is fair for me to go back considering the circumstances, she then call her manager Stevenson for assistance and apparently they will pay for my gas.    Read moreI just had the worse experience here. Employee Milagros was rude and uncooperative with my return. As I got confused with the tickets but had the right one, she didnât believe me and refused to return the right one. I stated that i bought three items and had all of tickets. I just was returning two. I had to make a big deal and repurchase the return to swap it out. She also accused me of returning the wrong item. Before all of this, she was speaking to another employee in Spanish. I understand the entire thing, and she was speaking racially comments about how I looked and rude slurs all because of a return. I did not say anything because I was frustrated enough and didnât want conflict. She kept shaking her head and rolling her eyes at me.
