I purchased a couch in January, I noticed in March the stuffing was coming out of the cushion. When I looked I noticed the zipper is broken. I called what I thought was an employee the person who sold me the piece of furniture and he told me the store is closed till the end of May due to the pandemic. I called immediately when the store opened back up, explained my situation and the lady that answered took my information and stated the owner will call me back and the furniture has a one year warranty. I waited a week, received no call back so I called again. I was told the owner hasn’t been in the store yet but he should be in this week. Another week went by and I called again, now the lady said she will text the owner, tell him to call me and get an email address. Shockingly still no call. I called again and now the lady has an attitude and gives me an email address. I asked when I could expect a response and she didn’t know. I am STILL waiting with my damage couch. Read moreI do not leave reviews unless I've given a company a chance to make things right. Purchased my couch in January of last year. I had to call repeatedly to ask for delivery. I was informed there would be a small delay but was never kept updated and never informed when my order arrived (I had to call). I forgave that as they were responsive when I called and asked.
Fast forward a year - not even - my couch broke. The support under the cushion completely detached from the frame so the couch is not usable. I contacted America's furniture gallery over a month ago for a solution. I was told to send images which I did. I followed up a week later and was told "the person that can help is not here". I called a total of 4 times to date and have NEVER had any response. Also have emailed, and messaged through Facebook. Now my couch is broken and out of warranty.

The store never called us with an update, I always had to call after the arrival date and they told me they were so busy and had about 100 people to call every day... I guess is was never one of the hundred people! We may never get our couch at this rate! I do not suggest this store!
UPDATE: Ordered our couch may 2020 FINALLY received the couch February 2021. Called to set up a delivery time and they were an hour late to deliver with no update on the delivery time. I did not get any compensation for waiting 9 months for my couch. Good price for the couch, but terrible customer service. I will not be...
