To begin, I recommend coming to this location if youâre in the Milwaukee area! Iâve came to this store a few times for car battery issues, and their customer service is honestly so great!
To really explain- my first time here, I bought a battery for my venza that wasnât starting. Very nice people. My second time was a year and a half ago, my car battery for my Nissan was going out. I wanted the best battery for Wisconsins winter but price wise not to much to break my pockets. One of the guys (which I canât remember his name unfortunatelyđ©) had tested my initial battery and told me it was weak and helped me find the best battery that I was looking for, vs just getting me the cheapest doable one and getting me out the door(cause Iâm just a girlđ). So thank you for taking that time to help me! Unfortunately a year and a half later this battery started to die out, and my car was showing signs! I went to their S 27th st location in January, they claimed that my battery was perfectly fine (read it while my car was on, but turns out you can only read alternators while the car is on!) and that there was absolutely no reason to replace this battery. Fast forward to today, (3.27.25) I almost couldnât even start my car this morning, so I went to this location and sat in their parking lot until they opened, Alize opened up and helped me with my issue first thing this morning! Helped me replaced my battery to a newer one since itâs under warranty. When she asked to test my battery I told her my experience that I had at the south 27th st location and she made sure I felt comfortable with the testing of the battery and gave another solution to how she can test the battery to see if it was faulty. After she took the battery out of my car, she tried testing it and the battery wouldnât tell her anything except making spark noises! She helped me get this swapped out to another battery, and I really appreciate the help that Alize gave me this morning. Have tried calling numerous times with the end result being 3 things; 1)no answer and the voicemail box is full not allowing for a message to be left. 2) No answer whatsoever. and 3)Answering a call and asking you to hold, but then leaving you on hold for forever((numerous times)). I stopped by, (because I was on hold for ages) to replace my cracked digitizer for my ipad. And because I was standing there waiting so long, I was able to witness the the poor customer service/attention. I've since had to come back because the new battery I also had installed wouldn't hold a charge. Got that rectified with minimal complaints about the crew, they did great. However, the new digitizer (1 1/2 weeks old)stopped working properly less than a week later. Was told it would take a week to order in more. It's going on day 11 and haven't heard a word yet. I sure hope my 6 month warranty starts anew once/if we ever get this taken care of. Just because all apple guarantees are voided out once a 3rd party is used. Any help, or even any response would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. A few weeks later I stopped by the store to see if they were in. The employee told me they werenât sure but would look into it and get back to me. Two months go by and no update so I call and leave a message with the store. A week goes by with no response. I called last night and spoke with someone who said she would look into it and call back. She calls back and said she checked with every store and nobody had them. She offered to place another order with the supplier or refund me for the purchase.
