Verizon — Local services in West Bend

Do not go to this store. This appears to not actually be a Verizon store but another company doing sales for verizon. Unfortunately, I only found this out two months after going in. Ended up being charged $170 in fees disguised as the $35 device activation fee, called device setup fee by store, only to then also be charged the fees on my verizon bill. They also provided my with my "new bill" amount only that "new bill" included a double payment credit for the promotion on the devices for the first month. So after the first month the bill went up significantly. Explained to person in store how those fees sound similar and the average person wouldnt understand they are different. He told me thats why the have customers sign and initial documents on an ipad. Clearly getting people to go through and sign the multitude of documents with the intent they will miss the very similar fees with matching dollar amounts. Will be filing a report with the FTC. Do yourself a favor and make sure you are going to an actual verizon...

My husband and I have been debating finding a new carrier and leaving us cellular and I’m so glad we did! Katie was so helpful at giving us information and letting us knows the perks and deals of us switching. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in helping me pick out a phone that was right for me and my uses for a phone. She was super helpful in backing up my old phone and getting the new phone setup along with connecting my watch to cellular. She also made sure to let me know about discounts such as the nurse discount and automatic, paperless bill pay and made sure it was set up correct. Besides having an amazing experience with Katie, the other staff in the store were friendly and I could tell they enjoy work and working with each other. The store was very clean and well maintained too! We are so happy already that we made the switch from us cellular and have already sent several other friends to this store to make the switch too! Let’s start off when I walked in the door I got the GREATEST greeting! Everyone so kind and willing to help. I told them my needs and they where so kind and curious. Helping me along every step of the way. From helping switch phones, to helping with my phone lines. This staff is truly great at what they do! Very fun, smart, and kind group of works here!
