Attempted to order online at 5:30pm on 3/21/24, but online ordering was turned off. Drove 20 minutes and daughters went in to order at 5:51pm and told couldn’t get the “buy one get one drink” offered today between 1-6pm because we didn’t order online. Daughter’s ordered and waited 30 minutes for 3 drinks. I stayed in the car and watched the car line for the drive thru clear out twice. Others in the building waited longish, but were served and came in AFTER my girls. My daughters waited patiently and were last served given 1 drink then waited 5 more minutes for the other 2 (maybe to assist drive thru that arrived). Customer service was poor…No “thank you”, no “sorry for the wait”. (My girls give good customer service at work so they knew this was not good service.) I then called and spoke to Lydia Stern and she was defensive stating “well, since you sat in the car you saw how busy it was” which was no excuse for that long of a wait which no sense of order and lack of good customer service. Lydia was rude and insincere, but offered two free drinks for next time. In reading comments, I see others have shared similar complaints. The line for the drive thru was all the way around there lot and down the entrance lane of the shopping center. Good for them that they are that busy. I don't mind waiting, but when I got to the window to get the coffee, it was cold. I said something to the women at the drive thru, and her response was that my pick up time was 30 minutes ago. Read moreReceived a $25.00 gift card to use at this chain. Received a snippy response from a manager aged women who was unpleasant in answering my question regarding a thermos. Ordered two drinks accompanying the mug, our name was not uttered when our drinks were completed. They may have lingered on the counter beyond desire.
When I attempted to ask staff what drinks were there they were inconsiderate with deliberate avoidance. I pronounced louder to gather attention and was snapped back with a rude "What?"
